Today Natalia resides in beautiful San Diego, California, with her husband and their four children.
She’s passionate about her family and their well-being, and helping other mothers find their balance and happiness in the incredible journey – motherhood.
Her own journey started back in Ukraine where she was born, a small village with one hospital and one school. She came to the States at 21 years old, barely speaking English and never looked back.
Natalia went back to modeling in the U.S. at 24 and very soon recognized her love for the health and fitness industry. While modeling, she tried herself on stage as a bikini competitor and won some of the biggest titles, like Ms. Bikini Universe and Fitness Model World Champion.
Natalia Kern has also graced close to 30 magazine covers worldwide, since starting her modeling career. She’s written for 12 health and fitness magazines on every continent and her work was translated in many languages worldwide.
She’s a certified Master Trainer and Nutrition Consultant, published author and health and wellness ambassador. But most importantly to her, Natalia is a devoted mom and a wife.
