The best way to start your day is by having a nutritious and healthy breakfast, that tastes even better than it sounds – delicious!
I love these two recipes because they’re super easy to make and they’re complete meals, vegan and full of super-foods and yummy flavors. And most importantly, my family loves it, so they have fun making it (especially kids) and eating it, of course 🙂

Chia Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
Chia Seeds – 1/4 Cup
Almond Milk Unsweetened – 1/3 Cup
Vanila Extract – 1/2 tsp
How to:
Mix the ingredients  and leave it in the fridge overnight
Layer it with hemp seeds, coconut flakes, Goji berries, Mulberries, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, and fresh berries to your taste. Play with different toppings, like different nuts and fresh berries 🙂
Granola Parfait Recipe
Ingredients:
Granola – 1/3 Cup
Coconut Milk Yogurt – 1/2 cup
Mix Berries of your choice – 1/3 cup
Walnuts Raw – 1/6 cup
Cacao Powder and Raw Honey (optional) for sprinkle
How to:
Mix the ingredients by layering them
Sprinkle Cacao and  Honey to taste
