“DIRTY HUNDRED” BODY WORKOUT

Total Body “Dirty Hundred” Workout
Are you ready to get your body in gear for the holiday season?
I know, I am 😉
One, of my favorite routine is Total Body “Dirty Hundred” Workout.
It burns tons of calories, hits all major muscle groups and makes me sweat like nothing else.
Check it out here:

  1. Push-up
  2. Full Squat
  3. Burpee
  4. Lunge Jumps
  5. Jumping Jacks
  6. Spider Push-up
  7. Plank Jacks
  8. Squat Touch-Downs
  9. Plie
  10. Sit-up into a jump

Tip!

Start gradually, especially, if you are new to working out. Do as many sets as you can, push yourself, but stay safe!

And of course, consult with your physician before proceeding with any new exercises.
