The Perfect Pre-Workout Smoothie

 

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Blueberries
1/2 cup Strawberries
1/2 cup Raspberries
1/2 cup Blackberries
1/2 cup Ice

Add 1 scoop of protein powder, if you’re going for a longer workout!

Directions:
Blend all ingredients well in a high power blender. Enjoy!
